Each staff seat is £100 a month and covers the core system. On top of that, you pay a flat monthly price for each pack your estate uses.
From £100 a seat a month
There are 7 packs, covering sporting, farm, forestry, fishery, gardens, lettings and events. Each costs £400 to £1,200 a month, however many people use it, and you only pay for the ones you run.
Seats get cheaper as your team grows, up to 30% off. The discount works like tax bands, so taking someone on never adds more than one seat to the bill.
There is no minimum. Family and customer accounts are free, and paying yearly saves 2 months.
Answer six questions about your estate and we'll suggest the packs that fit, with a price. It takes about a minute.
Yes. The phone app records in the field without signal and syncs when you're back in range. It's built to be used with gloves on and in bad weather.
Yours. Every table exports to Excel, and you can take your data with you whenever you like.
We set up your beats, registers and team with you on a call, and you can be running the same day. Staff get their login from your estate's administrator.
Each login only has the permissions you give it, and the server enforces them, so people only see what they should. Family access is read-only and you control it.
Yes. One account works on the web portal and the mobile app, and both show the same data.
Staff get the same map, records and safety tools on their phones, with the same login as the portal.
We'll show you the system and set your estate up with you. There's no obligation. If you'd rather look around first, the live demo needs no login.
